Sola  Akinnagbe, Chairman

He is the Group Managing Director of the MRC Group. He holds an Honours Degree in
Statistics. Prior to founding MRC in 1994, he worked with the Federal Office of Statistics. He
also worked with RMS in Nigeria and was the General Manager at the inception of RMS in
Ghana. He is the Country Representative for ESOMAR, President of NiMRA
(Nigerian Market Research Association) and PAMRO.

Ranti Olatunji-Ojelabi, Executive Director

She started her career at RMS, Nigeria in 1985, before leaving to help found MRC in 1994
where she was in charge of Quality Control. In 2004 she was appointed Executive Director
of Panafields. She has a Diploma in Market Research and is a member of ESOMAR, PAMRO
and NiMRA.
